Payment & Cancellation

All payments are due at time of service. 

• If you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason, please call me at 319-213-2311.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require a 24-hour notice. If I do not receive a 24-hour notice via phone call you will be charged a $25 no call no show fee for my time.
